Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your 3DSyrup kit, but because our products include multiple components — printed parts, hardware, and cases — refund eligibility depends on the condition of the item when it's returned to us:

• New, unused, in original packaging: Full refund.
• Used, missing original packaging, or showing minor signs of use: Refund minus a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and any components that need to be replaced.
• Damaged, incomplete, or showing significant wear: We reserve the right to deny the refund or offer store credit only, at our discretion.

All returned kits are inspected upon arrival to determine condition before a refund is processed. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending it back — we're happy to help.

Our return system may automatically apply a standard restocking fee. However, final refund amounts are determined after physical inspection and may be adjusted — including denial of refund or store credit only — based on the condition guidelines above.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, except in cases of damage, defects, or errors on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item is returned in a condition that results in a denied refund (see Return Condition above), you'll be notified and given the option to have it shipped back to you at your own expense. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
