Processing Times

All orders are 3D-printed and packaged in-house with care.
Processing time: 1–3 business days for stocked/ready-to-ship items
Made-to-order prints: 3–7 business days depending on complexity and order volume
(We’ll notify you if additional time is needed.)

Shipping Times & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States.
Typical delivery time after processing: 2–5 business days
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best rate/time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders (check store banner for updates).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or tracking isn’t updating, reach out to us and we’ll help you communicate with the carrier. While we do not control carrier delays, we’ll always do our best to assist.

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. After that, you can reach out to us for help resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an address is incorrect and the order has not shipped, contact us ASAP, and we’ll fix it.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
